Water Washing Crusher TL – PET Bottle & Film Specialized Wet Crushing & Cleaning Integrated Machine
Custom-developed for wet recycling of waste PET and plastic films, the Tenglong TL water washing crusher is an exclusive integrated wet crushing and recycling machine of the TL series. It integrates three core functions: crushing, high-pressure water washing, and spiral material lifting and conveying. With a gradient power range of 22–37kW, it is specially adapted to full-range recycling production lines for mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, agricultural films, packaging films, and hard miscellaneous plastic bottles. This machine one-stop replaces the traditional separate processes of dry crushing and independent pre-washing, simplifying production line layout, reducing manual handling, deeply removing impurities and oil stains, and comprehensively improving the cleanliness and whiteness of plastic flakes. It is a standard wet crushing and cleaning integrated machine for small, medium and 10,000-ton-level plastic recycling plants.

The three models of the water washing crusher are developed hierarchically according to daily waste processing tonnage. 2.1 Full Cavity Water Cooling, Doubling Cutter Service Life
Traditional dry crushers rely on high-speed friction crushing, causing continuous high-temperature annealing, rapid passivation and wear of cutter groups with high blade consumption. The full-series TL water washing crusher adopts circulating water surrounding the entire crushing cavity for constant-temperature water cooling during the whole crushing process, greatly reducing high-temperature oxidation and friction loss of SKD alloy cutter groups. The blade polishing and replacement cycle is more than doubled, significantly cutting long-term costs of blade procurement, polishing and maintenance.
2.2 Synchronous High-pressure Washing During Crushing, Upgrading Flake Grade and Profit
At the moment of material shear crushing, high-pressure water flow in the cavity fully scours the material surface, quickly removing sediment, adhesive labels, glue residues and oil stains on bottle surfaces, as well as surface printing ink and attached dust on films. The discharged wet flakes are pre-cleaned without the need for an independent pre-washing tank, and can be directly connected to hot rinsing and flotation processes. It greatly reduces the cleaning pressure of subsequent processes, improves the whiteness and purity of finished bottle flakes, enables high-grade clean flakes with higher market prices and stronger profitability.

3.1 Staggered Shear Anti-winding Cutter Design
Water washing crusher models adopt differentiated cutter ratios: TL40 series is equipped with 6 moving cutters + 4 fixed cutters for conventional loose bottles and thin film crushing; TL50 heavy-duty model is upgraded with 9 rotating moving cutters + 4 fixed cutters, realizing high-torque staggered shearing. Thick-walled plastic bottles and bundled agricultural films are not easy to wind the cutter, block the cavity or jam materials. The integrated thickened cutter seat of the whole machine is treated with waterproof, rust-proof and reinforcement processes, avoiding rust, deformation and cracking during long-term sewage soaking, suitable for all-weather wet mass production.
3.2 Fully Enclosed Waterproof Steel Fuselage
The fuselage of the water washing crusher is integrally welded with thickened manganese steel, equipped with special waterproof sealing oil seals and cavity anti-seepage technology, adapting to long-term water soaking and sewage circulation operation. The integrated thickened shock-absorbing base ensures extremely low vibration during full-load crushing, with far lower operating noise than dry crushers. All models are standardly fitted with 240mm standard aperture screens to produce uniform flake particle size, perfectly matching the particle size standards for downstream granulation, slicing and deep processing.
- Standard Integrated Spiral Lifting & Conveying System
Each main unit of the water washing crusher is originally equipped with an independent 5.5kW waterproof spiral conveyor barrel to realize fully automatic wet material discharging and transferring:
- Qualified wet bottle flakes after crushing and water washing sink to the bottom of the cavity by self-weight, and the anti-corrosion spiral blades automatically lift and discharge materials without manual underwater material picking;
- The long-barrel spiral structure fits production line layout, seamlessly connecting friction cleaners, rinsing tanks and centrifugal dehydrators to realize full-automatic circulation of crushing, water washing and conveying;
- The spiral barrel is made of full anti-corrosion and rust-proof materials, resistant to sediment, acid and alkali sewage corrosion. The transmission structure is simple with low failure rate, adapting to 7×24-hour continuous factory operation.
