  1. Wide Adaptability For Various Plastic Materials

TL strong crusher covers a wide range of application scenarios, which can easily crush block, spherical, strip and film-shaped soft and hard plastic raw materials. Whether conventional injection molding leftovers, sprue materials, waste plastic parts, thick-wall hard plastic, soft packaging plastic or mixed film materials, uniform and controllable particles can be produced after high-speed crushing. Crushed materials can be directly reused for reproduction, greatly improving the recycling rate of plastic raw materials, reducing procurement loss of new raw materials from the source, and cutting production consumable cost of factories.

  2. Heavy-duty Transmission Flywheel Pulley

All models of the strong crusher are standard equipped with thickened European standard pulley. It realizes powerful cutting and passive energy saving relying on flywheel inertia energy storage. The whole transmission structure features high rigidity, firmness and wear resistance. It will not loosen, deform or belt jumping under long-term full-load high-speed operation. The overall manufacturing standard is equivalent to European and American imported crushing equipment, adapting to 24-hour continuous mass production of factories, with far lower failure rate than ordinary simple crushers on the market.

  1. Optional Dual Cutter Structure, Material-oriented Adaptation

The full series provides two crushing rotor solutions: claw cutter type and flat cutter type, which can be refitted on one machine to meet diversified waste processing demands:

  • Claw cutter rotor: Stronger impact crushing force, specially for thick and large hard plastic, thick-wall home appliance plastic parts and solid injection molding lump, increasing one-time crushing efficiency by more than 40%;
  • Flat cutter rotor: Smooth and delicate shearing, regular crushed particles with extremely low powder proportion, suitable for fine processing of thin plastic parts, soft plastic and packaging film materials;

All blades are made of imported SKD-11 high-hardness alloy steel, featuring wear resistance, impact resistance, not easy to edge collapse and passivation. Passivated blades can be polished repeatedly for reuse, with comprehensive service life far longer than ordinary carbon steel blades, greatly reducing blade procurement and replacement frequency.

  1. Exclusive Water-cooling Cooling System For Large Models

TL3542 strong crusher and above heavy-duty large models are standard equipped with circulating water cooling system at the rear of crushing chamber. During high-speed cutting operation, circulating cooling water keeps constant temperature of crushing chamber, effectively inhibiting high temperature generated by high-speed friction, completely avoiding melting and bonding of PE/PP soft materials and hot-melt plastics on cutter set and chamber, stabilizing discharging efficiency. Meanwhile, it slows down high-temperature oxidation loss of fuselage metal components, effectively prolonging the whole machine service life.

III. Fuselage Technology & Noise Reduction Environmental Design

Double-layer Sound-insulation Hopper

The feeding hopper adopts double-layer hollow sound-insulation structure, with inner layer made of thickened 304 full stainless steel, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant to plastic materials. Double-layer chamber isolates high-frequency vibration noise during crushing. Its noise reduction decibel meets EU workshop standard compared with ordinary single-layer hopper crusher, complying with domestic factory environmental noise control and overseas factory noise EPR assessment requirements. A closed stainless steel material receiving box is equipped at the bottom, dust-proof, anti-spilling and easy for material taking and cleaning.

Fully Enclosed Stable Fuselage

The whole strong crusher is CNC precision processed with thickened high-rigidity steel plate, adopting fully enclosed integrated welding structure, regular and beautiful appearance, ultra-low vibration during high-speed operation and excellent overall balance. Blade gap is precisely calibrated before factory delivery, unified meshing precision of moving and fixed blades, stable consistency of crushed particle size, matching feeding standard of rear automatic granulation production line.

The strong crusher is equipped with full-coverage safety protection system covering startup, operation, maintenance and cleaning process:

The motor is equipped with intelligent overload protection device, which will automatically stop and power off under overload or hard object jamming to prevent motor burnout fundamentally; matched with cover-opening interlock power-off system, the power supply will be cut off automatically when opening the cover for maintenance and material cleaning; equipped with exclusive protection lock for cutter cleaning, the machine cannot start mistakenly when operators clean cutter set and chamber; all electrical components adopt international first-tier brands, equipped with current relay and multi-stage overload protector, stable electric control operation and ultra-low circuit failure rate.
