Two optional rotor structures adapt to all types of industrial plastic materials:
- P-type Flat Blade Model (suffix P): Multi-layer parallel flat blades perform staggered fine shearing with gentle cutting action, delivering uniform and regular particle output and extremely low fine dust content. Mainly used for crushing soft rubber, packaging films and large thin-walled plastic shells. The blade gap is telescopically and precisely adjustable, and blades can be polished and reused multiple times after passivation, greatly reducing the replacement cost of high-end heavy-duty cutter groups.
- Heavy-duty Claw Blade Standard Model: Integrated thickened claw blade impact crushing structure with strong penetration capacity. Specially designed for solid thick plastic blocks, automobile plastic frameworks with steel parts, ultra-thick ABS home appliance shells and thickened HDPE chemical barrels. Super-large materials require no secondary pre-cutting and can be directly fed and crushed, with far higher efficiency than conventional blade types.
The cutter group is gradient-upgraded with balanced load matching different models. The top-configured TL70200 is equipped with 3×34 rotary blades + 2×6 fixed blades. The super-large shearing contact surface evenly distributes cutting load, ensuring non-stop full-load operation all year round without blade cracking, deformation or breakage, perfectly adapting to high-intensity mass production conditions.
