The full TL300/400 line of Powerful Crushers are uniformly fitted with imported quenched SKD11 alloy steel blades, featuring far higher hardness and impact resistance than ordinary carbon steel blades. Two rotor structures cover both soft and hard materials on one single machine:
  1. P Flat Blade Model (suffix models): Dense staggered shear structure delivers smooth and fine cutting with uniform, neat output granules and ultra-low dust. Primarily used for soft rubber, packaging films and thin-wall plastic parts. Blade clearance is telescopically adjustable; dull blades can be reground repeatedly for reuse without full blade set replacement, cutting consumable costs.

Basic Claw Blade Model: Delivers powerful impact crushing and strong biting penetration, specially designed for thick, large rigid plastics, solid thick-wall plastic components and complete home appliance shells. Crushing efficiency for bulky materials is greatly improved with no slipping or chamber clogging during feeding.
All fixed and moving blades are arranged in staggered layout for balanced biting force, resisting blade chipping, deformation and cracking under long-term 24-hour heavy-load cutting, ideal for high-frequency industrial mass production.

Closed-loop constant temperature water cooling system: All medium & large models starting from TL3542 are factory-fitted with water circulation cooling systems. Continuous circulating water dissipates friction heat generated by high-speed cutting, completely eliminating plastic softening, melting, blade adhesion and chamber caking even during day-and-night non-stop production in sweltering summer. No scheduled shutdowns for cleaning are required to stabilize throughput.
Industrial heavy-duty sealed machine body: Integrated welded thick steel plates form the whole unit; TL4060 and TL4080 exceed 1.5 tons in net weight with extreme structural rigidity.
