1. Cutter Assembly Configuration, Wear-resistant Design Cuts Consumable Cost Greatly

TL2030 strong crusher is factory-equipped with imported SKD11 high-alloy formed cutter. The rotor adopts a combined structure of 15 rotary moving blades + 2 fixed stationary blades, forming a bidirectional cross shearing structure with uniform meshing cutting force. It can crush soft and hard plastics stably without material jamming or slipping.

The machine is standard equipped with flat blade rotor, supporting lossless replacement of adjustable claw blade rotor, realizing free switching of two working modes in one machine: Flat blade fits cutting soft plastic and thin leftover materials, with fine discharging and ultra-low dust; Claw blade is for powerful crushing of thick hard plastics and large injection molding sprue, greatly improving crushing efficiency.

All blades adopt telescopic adjustable installation structure. Passivated blades can be disassembled, polished and reused for many times without replacing the whole cutter body. It fundamentally reduces blade procurement cost and manual cost of disassembly and grinding, bringing better long-term operation economy.

This strong crusher is equipped with a 4KW national standard pure copper motor, with constant spindle speed of 650rpm. It comes with a standard 6mm wear-resistant punching screen mesh with customizable aperture, standard hourly output of 125–275kg, perfectly matching small & medium-sized injection workshops and plastic processing plants with daily waste output of 1–5 tons.

Built-in crushing chamber size: 315×160mm, with sufficient feeding space. Palm-sized block plastic parts can be directly fed, ensuring smooth feeding and avoiding material bridging, blocking and stacking problems. The integrated thickened steel welded body features high rigidity, shock and impact resistance, not easy to deform or crack welds after long-term crushing hard plastics. Net weight: 395kg, overall dimension: 980×742×1260mm. Compact size allows placement at workshop corners or idle stations, occupying no effective production space.
