Tenlong TL Single Shaft Shredder is a standardized universal single-shaft shear shredding machine in the TL product line, covering a full gradient power range from 18.5kW to 75kW, divided into two core categories: small manual economical models and medium hydraulic high-config models. Equipped with a dedicated medium-low speed high-torque V-shaped rotor shearing structure, the machine supports volume reduction and shredding of full-range materials including plastics, electronic solid waste, wood and municipal solid waste. It can operate independently as a single unit or form a fully automatic closed-loop recycling production line by connecting with conveying, dust removal and fine crushing equipment. Widely applicable to large, medium and small renewable resource factories, injection molding clusters, e-waste dismantling stations and township environmental sanitation disposal stations, it serves as the essential core coarse shredding equipment for solid waste recycling.

2.1 High-torque V-shaped Rotor & Cutter Group

The full series of single shaft shredders adopt a medium-low speed shearing design. Standard models run at a constant low speed of 80rpm, while the heavy-duty flagship TL40120 is adjusted to 55rpm to maximize meshing torque. Equipped with a 410mm large-diameter heavy-duty rotor, the machine adopts four groups of staggered moving blades made of imported DC53 high-toughness alloy steel. All four blade edges are reusable; worn blades can be reused by rotating the blade surface and repaired by overlay welding after extreme wear for repeated application. The optimized blade meshing angle effectively prevents blade chipping under impact of thick and hard plastics and avoids shaft winding caused by long films and woven bags, greatly reducing material jamming failures.

2.2 Hierarchical Adaptive Hydraulic Pushing System

Small models are equipped with a basic constant-speed hydraulic pushing system to meet conventional feeding demands. Medium high-end hydraulic models adopt an adjustable dual-speed hydraulic cylinder and an independent air-cooled hydraulic station, maintaining constant oil temperature during 24-hour continuous high-temperature summer operation without pressure loss or thrust attenuation. The inward inclined guiding structure inside the pushing box automatically gathers fluffy materials to completely solve material bridging and empty feeding problems. Thickened wear-resistant copper liners are embedded on the cavity bottom plate to resist long-term scouring of sand and hard materials and extend cavity service life.

2.3 Graded Quick-change Screen Solution

Small shredder models adopt bolt-type manual screen disassembly, suitable for single-material mass production with low screen replacement frequency. The full TL40 medium series is standard equipped with an automatic hydraulic screen opening system, enabling single-person screen aperture switching within 10 minutes to flexibly adjust discharge particle sizes and adapt to downstream processes including granulation, magnetic separation and baling. The standard factory configuration is a 40mm universal screen, with customized non-standard apertures from 10mm to 80mm available to meet differentiated demands for fine separation and large-volume material reduction.

Full-automatic Safety Control Logic

The single-shaft shredding equipment is equipped with an independent brand PLC electric control cabinet, supporting one-click switching between manual maintenance debugging and fully automatic mass production modes. Built-in load current monitoring module realizes automatic reverse anti-jam operation when materials are overloaded, and automatic sleep shutdown after no-load delay to save energy and reduce machine loss. Triple safety protection including motor overload power-off, screen door limit power-off and external emergency stop ensures full machine locking during maintenance, eliminating accidental startup injuries and fully complying with industrial solid waste production safety specifications.

Two-stage Complete Recycling Pipeline Adaptation

The feeding end can be seamlessly connected with belt conveyors and closed feeding silos for automatic feeding; the discharging end directly connects with belt conveying and magnetic separation equipment. Equippable with pulse dust collection cabinets for closed dust gathering to fully meet environmental dust emission standards. Coarse shredded materials can be further processed by TL series high-power fine crushers to build a two-stage refined recycling process of “coarse shredding – fine crushing”, improving material utilization and finished product quality.
