All TL single shaft shredders adopt V-type staggered blade arrangement to form a progressive occlusal shearing track. It smoothly processes large hollow chemical barrels, bundled winding films and circuit boards with metal feet without jamming. The occlusal resistance is lower and spindle operation load is stable. Under the same motor power, the output capacity exceeds traditional flat blade models, with fine dust proportion lower than 6%, minimizing material loss and workshop dust pollution.
2.2 DC53 Four-way Reversible Heat-treated Blades
The machine adopts imported DC53 special tool steel with dual quenching and tempering heat treatment, balancing hardness and toughness to resist edge chipping, impact and wear, suitable for mixed soft and hard material shredding. All four blade edges are usable; after single-side wear, rotating the blade by 90° restores full cutting performance, extending the overall service life by 4 times. Worn blades can be repaired via overlay welding for repeated reuse, fundamentally reducing long-term blade consumable and maintenance costs.

3.1 One-click Switchable Dual Operation Modes
The single-shaft shredding equipment supports on-site manual jog debugging and fully automatic continuous production with one-click switching. Low-speed manual control is available for equipment maintenance, screen replacement and blade inspection, while automatic mode is adopted for mass production, balancing maintenance flexibility and production efficiency with fully controllable operation safety.
3.2 Intelligent Energy-saving Anti-jam Control Logic
The system real-timely collects spindle motor current. It automatically reverses to discharge materials instantly when thick or hard materials cause overload jamming. If jamming persists after 3 consecutive reversals, the machine automatically stops with sound-light alarm to avoid spindle damage from forced operation. The machine enters sleep standby after no-load delay, reducing invalid power consumption and extending motor service life.
3.8 Triple Locking Safety Compliance Protection
Equipped with motor overload power-off protection, screen maintenance door limit power-off and external emergency stop triple protection. Once the maintenance door is opened, the spindle and hydraulic pusher cylinder are forcibly powered off and locked, completely eliminating accidental startup risks during maintenance.
