The Tenglong single-shaft shredder dedicated to pipes is a professional coarse crushing host equipment in the TL series specially designed for pipe waste. It adopts a low-speed and high-torque single-shaft shearing structure customized for ultra-long and large-diameter circular plastic pipes, suitable for shredding all types of plastic pipes within Φ1300mm. Equipped with exclusive hydraulic oscillating feeding system and Siemens PLC intelligent anti-blocking system, the coarse shredded materials can be directly connected to the downstream high-power fine crusher to complete the two-stage closed-loop granulation process of shredding and fine crushing. The power range covers full gear models from 37kW to 90kW. 2.1 Dual-speed Hydraulic Oscillating Feeding System
Different from ordinary flat feeding plates, the single-shaft shredder dedicated to pipes is equipped with an arc oscillating feeding plate that fits the outer contour of circular pipes perfectly. It avoids slipping, rolling and hollow suspension during feeding of corrugated pipes, winding pipes and solid-wall round pipes, fundamentally solving the problem of feeding jamming. Matched with a dual-speed adjustable hydraulic station with free gear switching: low-speed high-torque mode for stable shredding and anti-blocking of thick hard pipes; high-speed feeding mode for capacity improvement of ultra-long thin-wall pipes. The hydraulic station is equipped with independent air cooling to support 24-hour non-stop production in high-temperature seasons, with constant oil temperature and stable hydraulic thrust for year-round continuous operation.
2.2 DC53 Four-edge Reversible V-shaped Wear-resistant Cutter Set
The machine adopts staggered V-shaped moving cutters made of DC53 special die steel through integrated quenching and tempering heat treatment, with excellent hardness and toughness to resist impact from thick-wall pipes. The four edges of the cutter are reversible for cutting; after single-edge wear, rotating the cutter by 90° restores a brand-new cutting edge, increasing the overall service life by 4 times. The external adjustable knob can modify the gap between moving and fixed cutters: reduce the gap for thick-wall pipes to enhance shearing force, and enlarge the gap for thin-wall pipes to reduce blade wear. For waste underground pipes mixed with sediment, hard wear-resistant overlay welding can be customized on the cutter surface to greatly reduce blade chipping and abrasion risks.
2.3 Graded Adaptive Safety Screen System
Single-shaft shredders dedicated to pipes adopt differentiated graded screen configurations: entry-level small models use manual bolt disassembly screens to save procurement costs; all medium and large models above 45kW are standard with one-click hydraulic quick screen replacement for time and labor saving. Screen hole sizes are customizable: standard holes match the feeding requirements of downstream fine crushers, while large holes for coarse crushing and small holes for fine crushing are optional. The main shaft adopts integral quenched and tempered solid forging technology, maintaining no distortion or bending during long-term shredding of high-hardness thick-wall pipes. The body is an integrated thickened manganese steel welded frame with bottom shock-absorbing pads, ensuring minimal vibration under full-load operation and ultra-high operational stability.

Equipped with an independent integrated Siemens PLC control cabinet and original Schneider electrical components, adapting to long-term operation in dusty and humid pipe workshop environments. It supports free switching between manual jog maintenance and automatic continuous shredding modes. The built-in intelligent load monitoring logic enables automatic reverse blocking removal when pipes are jammed, and automatic acousto-optic alarm and shutdown if dredging fails repeatedly. It features triple protection including dual motor overload power-off, hopper limit and screen door interlock, with CE industrial safety certification, easily passing safety production audits of pipe and recycling plants.

The feeding end of the single-shaft shredder dedicated to pipes can be matched with an inclined belt conveyor to automatically transport 6-meter integral long pipes, eliminating manual sectional handling. The discharge belt is directly connected with QE series high-power fine crushers to build a two-stage closed-loop automatic granulation process of “shredding – fine crushing”. For high-risk mixed materials, spray dust removal units and pipeline metal detectors can be installed to remove embedded steel wires and metal impurities in advance, avoiding cutter damage caused by hard object impact and extending tool service life.
