The Tenglong single-shaft shredder dedicated to pipes is a professional coarse crushing host equipment in the TL series specially designed for pipe waste. It adopts a low-speed and high-torque single-shaft shearing structure customized for ultra-long and large-diameter circular plastic pipes, suitable for shredding all types of plastic pipes within Φ1300mm. Equipped with exclusive hydraulic oscillating feeding system and Siemens PLC intelligent anti-blocking system, the coarse shredded materials can be directly connected to the downstream high-power fine crusher to complete the two-stage closed-loop granulation process of shredding and fine crushing. The power range covers full gear models from 37kW to 90kW. It avoids slipping, rolling and hollow suspension during feeding of corrugated pipes, winding pipes and solid-wall round pipes, fundamentally solving the problem of feeding jamming. Matched with a dual-speed adjustable hydraulic station with free gear switching: low-speed high-torque mode for stable shredding and anti-blocking of thick hard pipes; high-speed feeding mode for capacity improvement of ultra-long thin-wall pipes. 2.2 DC53 Four-edge Reversible V-shaped Wear-resistant Cutter Set

The four edges of the cutter are reversible for cutting; after single-edge wear, rotating the cutter by 90° restores a brand-new cutting edge, increasing the overall service life by 4 times. The external adjustable knob can modify the gap between moving and fixed cutters: reduce the gap for thick-wall pipes to enhance shearing force, and enlarge the gap for thin-wall pipes to reduce blade wear. For waste underground pipes mixed with sediment, hard wear-resistant overlay welding can be customized on the cutter surface to greatly reduce blade chipping and abrasion risks.
