Adopting thickened carbon steel welded fuselage and V-type rotor hard-tooth surface reduction drive system, it is a durable, low-fault and easy-maintenance main crushing model for recycling industry. 1. Thickened Carbon Steel Fuselage, High-strength Anti-impact Structure

The whole frame of single shaft shredder is integrally welded with special thickened carbon steel. Compared with ordinary plastic shredder, its anti-impact and anti-deformation capacity is greatly improved. It will not deform or crack under long-term impact and extrusion of bulk rigid plastic, wood and heavy industrial waste, supporting 24-hour high-load continuous production. The service life of fuselage is increased by more than 40%.

2. V-type Rotor + Hard-tooth Reducer, High Torque & Low-speed Shredding

The core V-type anti-winding rotor cooperates with heavy-duty hard-tooth reducer, outputting ultra-large shearing torque at low speed. It specially solves winding problems of soft plastic such as PE agricultural film and PP woven bags, with less material winding, smooth feeding and no blockage. Thick-wall pipes, large ABS shells and nylon blocks can be torn powerfully at one time with stable crushing efficiency, completely solving rotor winding and frequent shutdown cleaning problems of old shredders.

All models are standard equipped with hydraulic auxiliary feeding system, which automatically pushes thick bundled and fluffy packaged materials without manual forced feeding, eliminating safety hazards of manual feeding.

4. Wide Feeding Inlet, Adjustable Discharge Particle Size

Single shaft shredder adopts customized wide feeding inlet from 880mm to 1850mm. Whole roll agricultural film, bundled woven bags and complete pipes can be fed directly without pre-cutting and sorting. Standard 20mm thickened wear-resistant screen mesh is equipped for uniform discharge particles. Custom screen mesh with 8/12/25mm aperture is available to meet standards of subsequent pelletizing, cleaning and processing procedures.

5. Humanized Safety & Operation Maintenance Design

The machine is equipped with three protection measures: fully enclosed safety sheet metal, emergency stop interlock and overload automatic protection. It will stop and reverse automatically when blocked by hard objects, avoiding damage to cutter group and reducer. Modular quick-dismantling cutter seat enables easy disassembly and maintenance of moving and fixed blades. Ordinary plant operators can complete daily blade replacement independently, reducing dependence on professional technicians and cutting maintenance time and labor cost.
