The processing materials include a large number of cleaned wet mixed materials, fine sediment-containing recycled materials and high-powder filled modified materials, which put forward extremely high requirements for equipment wear resistance, extrusion pressure, temperature control accuracy and continuous production capacity. The 230-specification 3.8-meter extended wear-resistant screw is made of 40CR high-frequency quenched and strengthened material, matched with a wear-resistant alloy reinforced feeding port, specially designed for processing sediment-containing recycled materials and high-fill modified materials. It is not easy to wear, accumulate carbon or scratch during long-term operation, greatly extending the service life of accessories and eliminating frequent disassembly and maintenance troubles. The 45# steel high-frequency treated barrel has a smooth inner wall without material hanging, avoiding residual material carbonization.

The 110KW high-power motor matched with a 375-type high-torque hardened gear reducer provides sufficient extrusion power and stable pressure. The extended screw greatly prolongs the material mixing stroke, realizing uniform melting and sufficient mixing for both soft recycled materials and high-hardness modified materials. The finished particles are compact, transparent, spot-free, carbonization-free and uniform in texture, successfully helping the customer undertake high-end modified product procurement orders.

In terms of energy-saving cost reduction and continuous mass production, the two core configurations greatly reduce the customer’s production costs. Three sets of 80KW electromagnetic zoned heaters replace traditional resistance heating, realizing fast and uniform heating, completely solving local material burning and uneven plasticization problems. The stable and high-quality finished products gain higher market premium, while power consumption is greatly reduced with considerable monthly electricity cost savings.

The 400-type hydraulic non-stop left-right screen changing head is equipped with a 4KW hydraulic pump station for stable pressure supply, realizing automatic alternating screen replacement without shutdown or strip breakage. It eliminates manual screen disassembly and replacement, saving labor costs and completely removing production interruption and waste loss caused by screen change shutdowns. The equipment’s effective operating rate is greatly improved with a significant increase in daily output. Matched with the 15KW 500-type forced feeder, it realizes uniform forced feeding without feeding jamming or bridging, maintaining a stable overall extrusion rhythm.

The full-machine national standard frequency conversion intelligent control is simple to operate and maintain.
