Tenlong TL large heavy-duty single-shaft shredder is the flagship heavy-duty shredding equipment in the TL product line, divided into two solid rotor tiers: 480mm medium heavy-duty and 650mm super heavy-duty. The full series is equipped with high-power dual-motor drive, specially developed for 10,000-ton-level recycling industrial parks, provincial-level hazardous waste disposal centers, and large-scale plastic and wood processing plants. It adapts to the coarse shredding operation of large-volume, high-hardness, metal-mixed thick materials. Equipped with an extra-large closed cavity and PLC-controlled forced hydraulic feeding system, the machine features an integrally thickened forged body and supports 24-hour full-load continuous mass production all year round, serving as the core main machine for high-capacity solid waste and hazardous waste coarse shredding.

2.1 Four-Edge Rotating Dense Moving Cutter Structure

The full series of TL large heavy-duty single-shaft shredders adopt a staggered and dense arrangement of four-blade moving cutters. The flagship TL65300 model is equipped with 315 groups of full-coverage moving cutters, featuring large material cutting coverage and uniform stress. The cutters are customized from high-toughness special forged alloy steel with four rotatable cutting edges. Worn blades can be reused by rotating the blade surface and repaired by surfacing welding after extreme wear, greatly reducing the long-term consumable cost of blades under heavy-duty working conditions. The thickened adjustable fixed cutter on the machine body enables precise fine-tuning of the gap between moving and fixed cutters, strictly controlling the discharge particle size and ensuring uniform shredded material granularity.

2.2 Reinforced Solid Quenched Main Shaft Rotor

Equipped with 480mm/650mm large-diameter solid forged rotors with integral quenching heat treatment, the shaft features distortion resistance and high-strength impact resistance. It maintains no bending or deformation during long-term shredding of thin iron sheets, metal-mixed thick plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics. The machine operates at a constant medium-low speed of 80rpm with high-torque shearing force, crushing materials via physical shearing instead of high-speed impact. It delivers low vibration and low operating noise, suitable for closed noise-reduced mass production in factories.

3.1 Long-Stroke Horizontal Forced Feeding Structure

The feeding stroke reaches 1250-1300mm. The integrated wide feeding plate pushes materials evenly across the entire surface, effectively solving bridging and empty feeding problems for fluffy packaged films, stacked wood pallets and oversized hollow chemical barrels. The feeding pressure and speed can be adjusted via one-click PLC program: low speed and high thrust for stable shredding of thick and bulky materials, and high speed for increased output of thin and soft materials, adapting to all types of mixed soft and hard materials.

3.2 Independent High-Power Air-Cooled Hydraulic Unit

The TL48 series is standardly equipped with an 11kW dedicated hydraulic motor, while the TL65 super series is upgraded with a 15kW high-power hydraulic unit. The full series comes with an independent air-cooling heat dissipation system, ensuring constant oil temperature and undiminished hydraulic thrust during 24-hour full-load continuous production in high-temperature summer environments. Thickened high-wear-resistance alloy liners are embedded in the bottom of the feeding box to resist long-term scouring wear from sand and metal scraps, extending the service life of the feeding cavity.

3.3 Intelligent Multi-Stage Overload Anti-Jamming Safety Logic

The original PLC control cabinet real-timely monitors the load current of dual motors. It automatically reverses to discharge blockages when hard or thick materials jam the rotor, and triggers automatic shutdown with sound and light alarms if blockages cannot be cleared after multiple reversals. The machine automatically decelerates and sleeps under no-load conditions to save power and protect the equipment. Dedicated safety limit switches are installed for the hopper flip cover and maintenance door, which forcibly cut off power to the main shaft and hydraulic feeding system when opened, fully meeting the first-level safety production management standards for hazardous waste disposal industries.

  1. Wide-Caliber Feeding Port & Full Assembly Line Expansion Capability

The large heavy-duty single-shaft shredder adopts an extra-wide open feeding hopper. The maximum feeding size of the TL65300 reaches 2700×3000mm, allowing direct pallet feeding by forklifts without manual material splitting, greatly reducing front-end feeding labor. A 40mm universal standard screen is factory-equipped, with customizable non-standard apertures from 10mm to 100mm to precisely adjust discharge particle size. The screen door adopts a standard hydraulic quick-opening structure, enabling single-person quick screen replacement and maintenance with high efficiency.

The complete machine can be matched with heavy-duty belt conveyors, pulse dust removal equipment, magnetic separation and wind separation equipment to build a fully automatic closed-loop production line of “feeding – shredding – separation – discharging”. For medical hazardous waste, RDF combustible materials and friction-prone flammable materials, optional upgrades including fully enclosed dust prevention, spray cooling and explosion-proof shields are available to comply with safe production in high-risk working conditions.
